What you will do

• Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to align with client business goals.
• Provide strategic, consultative advice and conduct assessments to identify client challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers using ClickUp and Instagantt to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
• Lead client meetings and pitches, participating in creative ideation and strategy development.

Requirements

• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client presentations.
• Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and ClickUp.
