What you will do

• Lead software development projects, providing technical direction and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Support the professional growth of team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and career planning.
• Collaborate with HR and Resource Management for staffing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
• Monitor team engagement and motivation to maintain a positive and productive environment.
• Ensure clear and efficient communication within the team and across other departments.
• Represent the company in the local tech community, including IT Park and universities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role (Team Lead or Tech Lead).
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Working proficiency in English and Russian.
• Ability to work from the local office in Tashkent.
