Location: Nairobi, Kenya. Regular travel within the country is required.

What you will do

  • Develop the Retail channel in Kenya in alignment with company strategy and guidelines.
  • Promote and sell the hirify.global product range tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong long-term partnerships with assigned retail customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including order registration and payment collection.
  • Resolve customer complaints by collaborating with internal stakeholders to find adequate solutions.
  • Organize and execute daily customer visits and participate in promotional events, fairs, and seminars.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Bakery diploma is a plus.
  • Practical experience as a baker with exposure to production and bakery improver applications.
  • Proven experience in sales within the agri-food, bakery, pastry, or chocolate sectors.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within Kenya.
  • Ability to operate effectively within an international organization.
  • Proficiency in using computer and tablet tools.
