What you will do

• Develop high-quality backend using NodeJS and frontend using ReactJS/NextJS following best code practices.
• Maintain production stability and resolve critical issues to minimize system impact.
• Analyze and propose code improvement opportunities for system enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change requests.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on software engineering best practices.
• Perform peer code reviews via pull requests.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in Backend development (NodeJS, NestJS, ExpressJS, GraphQL).
• Proficiency in Frontend development (ReactJS, NextJS, Styled-components).
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Puppeteer).

Nice to have

• Portfolio of relevant projects.
• Experience with GCP/AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• UI/UX design experience.
• Experience in TDD/BDD.
• Familiarity with web templating languages like Pug or Slim.
