TL;DR

Software Engineer (Fintech): Building a next-generation digital platform to trade, invest, and protect digital assets with an accent on secure custody and blockchain infrastructure. Focus on designing modular, robust code and implementing distributed systems to ensure high-level security and scalability.

Location: Hybrid in Switzerland (Geneva, Zurich, Lausanne, or Sion). Only Swiss or European candidates wishing to move to Switzerland will be considered.

What you will do

  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code to implement product requirements for a secure custody platform.
  • Perform technical analysis of requirements and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
  • Take full ownership of the product from design and implementation to documentation, deployment, and support.
  • Ensure high levels of quality and robustness across the system.

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Golang, Java, or Rust.
  • Experience with C, embedded systems, or reverse engineering.
  • Knowledge of security, cryptography, distributed systems, distributed databases, and Linux networking.
  • Experience with modern DevOps practices including CI/CD, cloud-native, and containerized runtimes (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Must be a Swiss or European citizen/resident wishing to relocate to Switzerland.

Nice to have

  • Experience with blockchain and DeFi ecosystems.
  • Background in trading, finance, and digital assets.
  • Experience with software-defined infrastructure (Ansible, Terraform).
  • Experience with Angular and TypeScript.
