TL;DR
Senior MES Software Engineer (C++/C#): Developing and maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for a semiconductor equipment giant with an accent on system stability and issue resolution. Focus on designing software for semiconductor production environments and optimizing database interactions.
Location: Must be based in Taiwan. Initially required to work at the Hsinchu office, with later options to work in Linkou, Hsinchu, Taichung, or Tainan.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) software.
- Handle system issues and provide technical troubleshooting for production environments.
- Collaborate with an international team serving a leading semiconductor equipment provider.
- Travel worldwide to conduct project services.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing or operating MES in semiconductor, Micro LED, or LCD production environments.
- Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming.
- Strong skills in Oracle or PostgreSQL SQL statements.
- Experience with C# WPF, Python, TypeScript, or Angular.
- Good command of English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unix, Linux, Windows, networking, and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, Docker, and Git Flow.
- Understanding of Agile Scrum development processes.
- Ability to develop tools and software that analyze application data to reveal deficiencies.
