Location: Remote from the United States

Salary: $165k - $250k OTE plus equity

What you will do

• Help developers discover, adopt, and use Token Factory for AI inference.
• Build demos and examples showcasing performance, cost, and reliability.
• Run hands-on workshops and present at developer events and conferences.
• Gather feedback from builders and relay it to product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with marketing on developer stories and use cases.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely from the United States
• Strong understanding of AI developers and building patterns
• Comfortable writing code, reviewing examples, and troubleshooting
• Able to explain complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences
• Curious, practical, and opinionated about developer workflows

• Experience with inference platforms or model serving
