What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable frontend solutions using React.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and oversee the full development lifecycle.
• Guide and mentor team members through code reviews and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bolivia for hybrid work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with strong JavaScript expertise.
• Proven experience with React and modern frontend architectures.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux or MobX) and integrating REST APIs.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and micro frontend architectures.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Knowledge of modern frontend design patterns.
