What you will do

• Integrate UAS platforms and payloads into C2 architectures and operational environments
• Configure, test, and optimize real-time video/data streaming over tactical radio and IP networks
• Ensure secure, encrypted communication between drone systems and C2 infrastructure
• Troubleshoot network, video, and integration issues in lab and field settings
• Support operational teams during exercises, testing, and live deployments
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and deliver technical training
• Collaborate with operational units, IT specialists, engineers, and partners to improve workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience with Command & Control (C2) systems and tactical/military communication networks
• Solid understanding of IP networking, routing, and troubleshooting
• Experience with video streaming technologies/protocols (e.g., RTSP, RTP, UDP)
• Hands-on experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and payload integration
• Basic understanding of RF communications, radio systems, and networked environments
• Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills in time-critical settings
• Ability to work independently under pressure and in interdisciplinary teams
