What you will do
- Lead design and development of loungewear from concept to execution, defining seasonal directions and cohesive collections.
- Drive consumer insights, trend forecasting, and market analysis to create innovative, commercially viable products.
- Guard and evolve brand identity through narratives, mood boards, materials, silhouettes, and detailing.
- Collaborate with buying, merchandising, technical development, sourcing, and marketing to align on strategy and execution.
- Mentor junior designers and optimize processes for speed and efficiency in fast-paced calendars.
- Oversee technical excellence in sketches, fit sessions, fabric development, and quality standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years in fashion design, with strong experience in loungewear, intimates, or adjacent categories.
- Proven track record owning and growing a product category in commercial fashion.
- Strong portfolio of creative leadership, innovation, and commercial success.
- Deep expertise in product construction, fabrics, garment engineering, trend forecasting, and end-to-end development.
- Experience in fast-paced international retail or omni-channel environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in CLO3D, AI mindset, Adobe Creative Suite, and PLM systems.
