What you will do

• Remove or decommission street lighting assets as required.
• Install and decommission street lighting equipment and EV connections.
• Perform excavation for joint holes, columns, signs, bollards, and cable runs.
• Drive company vehicles and handle delivery and yard duties.
• Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles safely while supporting skilled operatives.
• Mentor young and vulnerable persons on site and ensure PPE usage.

Requirements

• Current NRSWA operative qualification.
• High degree of manual dexterity.
• Willingness to work unsociable hours if required.
• Ability to understand work instructions, work independently or in a team, and communicate with colleagues and the public.

Nice to have

• G39, HESA 210 and 214 safe isolation qualification.
• MEWP CPCS qualifications.
• Up to date UK Class II Driving Licence.
• CPCS Lorry Loader or equivalent.
