Social Media Content Creator at new Human-Centered Social Network Startup
At Lifebonder, we’re on a mission to break social media addiction, fake personas, cyber-bullying, cancel culture, and loneliness by providing a Mesaverse that lives up to the promise of what social media can be: A safe place to facilitate human connections rather than replace them.
We want to make the world a better place by filling a growing need for direct socializing outside social media - connecting people in friendships that are human, profound, and meaningful. LifeBonder makes it easy for people to connect in a deeper reality through shared spaces, values, and goals because our vision is to build social bonds in real life. Please note that this is an unpaid volunteer opportunity.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
You are a talented Social Media Content Creator who keeps track of what's trending and knows how to target demographic of social media users online. The role is a remote role. You are excited about being part of a platform with users in mind that connects people in friendships that are human, profound, and meaningful. You have prior experience creating content for social media platforms and you know how to grow a community through content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* You will be responsible for creating Social Media Content for either TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, LifeBonder Blog and Medium or YouTube.
* You'll work together with our content creator team.
* There is no set working time but we expect you to use at least 7 hours a week creating content for our social media accounts and if you're seeking an internship, it must be 20 hours as a minimum per week.
Note: This is an UNPAID volunteer opportunity.
SKILLS
* You are reliable and accountable
* You are most likely a student or recent graduate in marketing or communication, but most importantly, you have a keen interest in social media - especially using and creating content for social networks
* You can work independently and feel comfortable structuring your time without oversight.
* You are a strong communicator, and comfortable with working remotely.
* You’re excited about new challenges and trends in the social media landscape.
