What you will do

• Develop and refine AI prompts to generate high-quality creative concepts, ad scripts, hooks, and visual ideas.
• Produce a high volume of creative variations to support rapid testing strategies across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Execute creative requests following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand guidelines.
• Perform quality assurance on AI-generated outputs to ensure factual accuracy and alignment with client messaging.
• Document and improve prompt frameworks to build a scalable library of effective generation systems.
• Support broader AI initiatives, including workflow automation and testing of new AI tools.

Requirements

• Experience using AI tools for content or creative generation.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and paid media platform best practices.
• Proven ability in prompt writing, experimentation, and iterative refinement.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday during UK business hours.
• High attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
