Focus on end-to-end development, collaborating with backend engineers and designers, and leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Location: Based in Europe, within 2 hours of Paris time zone (CET/CEST), and able to attend onsite weeks in Paris every 6 weeks (travel and accommodation covered). We are not set up to hire outside this range.

Compensation: €80-110K (Level 4), €100-130K (Level 5). We can go higher for outstanding profiles.

What you will do

• Build and ship delightful end-to-end features on the web platform
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts and communication patterns
• Partner with product managers and designers to deliver polished experiences
• Leverage AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to multiply output
• Raise standards for code quality, developer experience, and engineering practices

Requirements

• Strong expertise in React or modern frontend frameworks (JavaScript/TypeScript); Next.js a plus
• Solid understanding of backend systems and computer science fundamentals
• AI pioneer: actively use AI tools for productivity; demonstrate via personal projects if restricted at work
• Senior/Staff level: contribute to architecture, mentor, drive decisions
• Radical ownership: own outcomes, move fast
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Fintech or personal finance experience
• Contributions to open-source projects
