What you will do

  • Manage full lifecycle of tenders across Nordics (Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Iceland), including RFP monitoring, bid preparation, submission, and tracking
  • Monitor public procurement platforms and identify relevant opportunities
  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit compliant tender responses
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams for inputs
  • Maintain tender documentation, pricing, and records
  • Evaluate and optimize tender processes for efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with QMS and regional regulations
  • Analyze and report on tender data

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in tender management
  • Experience with public procurement processes, ideally in Nordic region
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Structured, proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in one Nordic language
  • Experience with tender management systems
  • Interest in process optimization
  • Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or pharma
