What you will do

• Analyze requirements to architect and build custom Drupal websites and applications.
• Develop and test custom Drupal modules, hooks, views, and themes.
• Integrate REST APIs and ensure web security best practices.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, project managers, UX leads, and clients.
• Lead teams through complex projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Mentor juniors, contribute to hiring, and drive business process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years developing complex Drupal enterprise applications, including custom modules and themes.
• 7+ years software development with OOP, PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript proficiency.
• 3+ years custom Drupal modules, 2+ years REST API integrations.
• Strong SQL, Git, SDLC experience; cloud certifications required (preferably AWS).
• Experience leading projects, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
