What you will do

• Provide input in design control and help develop and launch new products
• Apply knowledge of Quality Management System to sustaining manufacturing, supplier quality, and new product development
• Identify opportunities for process, yield, and cycle time improvements
• Determine root causes of in-process quality issues
• Ensure adherence to QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures across the department

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or laboratory environment strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline
• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
• General office, laboratory, and cleanroom environments with potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move between buildings/floors
