What you will do

• Lead academic planning including curriculum mapping, unit planning, and assessment design aligned with Common Core and AP.
• Embed flipped classrooms and PBL standards, creating exemplar lessons and coordinating curriculum articulation across grades.
• Conduct classroom observations, provide actionable feedback, and address instructional gaps with targeted toolkits and coaching.
• Establish closed-loop improvement cycles using data from observations, assessments, and student work for holistic evaluation.
• Design and deliver professional development roadmaps, workshops, and mentoring systems focused on key instructional strategies.
• Manage student academic support with individualized improvement plans, learning strategy coaching, and home-school communication.
• Build collaborative academic culture, support teacher well-being, and participate in admissions and branding events.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in academic leadership roles (e.g., Academic Vice Principal, Academic Director) in international schools with American curriculum.
• Deep understanding of U.S. Common Core Standards and AP program.
• Master's degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field.
• Valid U.S. principal/school administrator certification or equivalent highly preferred.
• Graduation from Ivy League or prestigious U.S. university advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, team management, and communication skills in English.
