Community Manager (World of Tanks Blitz)

TL;DR

Community Manager (World of Tanks Blitz): Act as key liaison between game team and Ukrainian and Russian-speaking player base across social and community platforms with an accent on engagement, growth, and feedback integration. Focus on building relationships, developing growth strategies, managing content and events, and analyzing player sentiment for actionable insights.

Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Prague, Czech Republic. This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.

What you will do

• Engage proactively with players as a public face of the game across Discord, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Build relationships with Ukrainian and Russian-speaking community, implement growth strategies to boost engagement and loyalty.
• Manage social media and community content, communicate updates, features, events, and campaigns effectively.
• Plan and execute community activities, player events, campaigns, and livestreams.
• Gather, analyze player feedback and sentiment, prepare reports for internal teams.
• Collaborate with game team and regional offices on communications and campaigns; play the game regularly to stay informed.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Ukrainian and Russian, sensitive to regional nuances.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• 2+ years in community management, communications, moderation, or online community development.
• Strong interest in mobile/PC games and understanding of gaming communities.
• Proactive attitude, collaboration skills, ability to handle high-pressure public situations.

Nice to have

• Experience with World of Tanks or other hirify.global titles.
• Basic data analysis and sentiment reporting.
• Producing or hosting livestreams, knowledge of related tools.
