What you will do

• Develop UAT scripts and coordinate testing to ensure final products meet business requirements.
• Design "as-is" and "to-be" workflows and map data movement between systems to support scaling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product stakeholders to translate challenges into technical project plans.
• Monitor post-rollout system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks in financial and operational workflows and suggest automation solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium (Hybrid role in Leuven or Ieper).
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong logical thinking and a "logic-first" approach to problem-solving.
• Technical curiosity to work with systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Boomi.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch or French.
