What you will do

• Manage Tier 1 technical support for Cookie Consent Manager solution via Zendesk.
• Provide troubleshooting and assistance during client implementation and deployment.
• Translate customer needs into solutions, identify expansion opportunities, and manage expectations.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and utilize client tools for servicing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, escalate issues, and contribute to product processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years in software technical support, account management, or technical customer-facing role.
• Understanding of web infrastructure, technical documentation, product specs, and API integrations.
• Intermediate Excel, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and debuggers like Firebug.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills (written/verbal), project-management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environment and learn products quickly.
