What you will do

• Create ML models to digitize real-world infrastructure using LIDAR, imagery, and vector data sources.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle, including data collection, QA, training, and model monitoring.
• Develop deep learning and classical ML algorithms to generate accurate electric networks from imperfect data.
• Optimize training pipelines to reduce toil and accelerate the idea-to-evaluation cycle.
• Scale model serving and improve model QA by identifying data and distribution drift.
• Mentor junior engineers in software engineering and model training best practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Strong foundation in software engineering.
• Proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jax.
• Ability to work effectively asynchronously and cross-functionally on ill-defined problems.
• Current and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
