What you will do

• Manage the operations of a global IVR system across AMR, EMEIA, and JAPAC regions.
• Deploy applications to AWS and on-premises architectures across different environments.
• Monitor the performance and stability of the IVR environment to ensure high availability.
• Respond to technical needs and incidents in a timely manner, including occasional evening and weekend work.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal team members and external partners to deliver CX solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with AWS services: S3, EC2, Auto scaling, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency with Unix-based systems (MacOS and Linux).
• Knowledge of MySQL commands and syntax.
• Strong understanding of network basics (nslookup, ping, netcat, traceroute, tcpdump).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ASG setup, and AWS Lambda.
• Must be located in Sydney, Australia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server.
• Experience with Cisco Splunk querying.
• Knowledge of Genesys configuration manager and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).
• Experience with IVRs and Call Center Systems Operations.
