Research Screening Specialist

TL;DR

Research Screening Specialist (Clinical Research): Preparation and maintenance of all stages of participant activities including screening, training, and evaluations with an accent on entering study information into databases and organizing paperwork. Focus on developing positive participant communications, building relationships, and supporting clinical research studies.

Location: Onsite in Lincoln, Nebraska. Travel to Omaha site required approximately 1-2 times per week during working hours. Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm.

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain all stages of participant activities including screening, training, and evaluations.
• Enter and update study information into database systems.
• Collect and organize panelist paperwork and documentation.
• Develop positive participant communications and relationships.
• Work in office/clinic environment with a team of 10 colleagues.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in social or biological sciences or hospitality-related field preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
