What you will do

• Assist in onboarding new vendors, ensuring contracts, tracking links, assets, and game information are in place.
• Maintain partner records, dashboards, documentation, files, contracts, and communication history.
• Serve as point of contact for partner inquiries, escalate issues, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
• Coordinate partner-driven campaigns, promotions, giveaways, content placements; collect and distribute assets, disclosures, and guidelines.
• Track campaign deliverables, ensure deadlines are met, and support competitive research on partners and market trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Analytics teams for integrations, promotions, and technical requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, identify trends, and provide insights.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or account coordination within the iGaming industry.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn about sweepstakes, gaming, and performance marketing.
