What you will do

• Design, build, and test high-quality levels from concept to final polish using Unity and internal tools.
• Map out player journeys across hundreds of levels to ensure a balanced mix of easy wins and hard challenges.
• Partner with the data team to analyze live performance metrics and re-balance levels based on player behavior.
• Collaborate with developers to provide feedback on and optimize internal level editor tools.
• Integrate new blockers, power-ups, and mechanics into the level flow at appropriate intervals.
• Conduct rigorous playtesting and maintain clear documentation of themes and mechanics.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in mobile game level design, preferably in Puzzle, Match-3, or Blast genres.
• Technical proficiency in Unity and experience using proprietary level editors or tile-based tools.
• Ability to analyze level-drop-off rates and churn data to identify and adjust difficulty spikes.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work onsite from the Ankara office.

Nice to have

• Experience using A/B testing and Heatmaps to refine player experience.
