What you will do

• Create game-ready art including characters, environments, props, and modular kits based on high-level direction.
• Implement assets end-to-end in Unity, including prefabs, scenes, shaders, and materials.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering to ensure art supports gameplay systems and interaction.
• Manage project organization, folder structures, and asset naming conventions using GIT.
• Optimize art assets and scenes for performance, specifically for online multiplayer environments.
• Participate in playtests to shape the broader game experience and identify risks early.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with the ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in Unity, including asset implementation, scene building, and lighting.
• Broad artistic and technical skillset across characters, environments, and props.
• Experience working in small indie teams or pods.
• Proficiency in Blender or the ability to transition quickly.
• Must be based in the UK or Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with physics-driven or procedural animation setups.
• Experience supporting online multiplayer games (LODs, batching, draw calls).
