What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to support opportunities involving password and credential security solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer environments, security gaps, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and manage proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments to validate product value.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product direction using customer insights and AI tooling.
• Act as a subject matter expert for password solutions at technical workshops, webinars, and customer briefings.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in presales engineering.
• Professional background in cybersecurity engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model with visits to the Kraków office.
• Strong understanding of Password Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in scripting or automation using PowerShell or Python for workflow customization.
• Experience with tools such as 1Password, Bitwarden, Dashlane, Keeper, Zoho Vault, CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust.
