What you will do
- Provide first-line technical support to a large game development team.
- Build, deploy, and configure PCs and development consoles for employees.
- Install and upgrade software using Microsoft SCCM.
- Manage Users, Computers, Groups, and OU structures within Active Directory.
- Maintain asset inventory, perform physical stock checks, and manage hardware recycling.
- Document and maintain accurate installation and procedure guides.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional IT Support or equivalent experience.
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows 11 and O365.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and familiarity with SCCM.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
- Ability to install, upgrade, and maintain PC workstation hardware.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 6:30 PM to 3 AM) and be on call during busy periods.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Linux Ubuntu and Apple OSX.
- Familiarity with PC gaming hardware.
