Salary: $63,375 - $105,625 annually

What you will do

• Support ICHRA segmentation updates, data uploads, audience refreshes, and QA in Braze.
• Execute and optimize ongoing operational campaigns for payments, monitoring, and error messaging.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and organization of communication requests from stakeholders.
• Conduct audits of communications and collateral for accuracy and implement updates.
• Assist in developing new collateral and review/edit communications for clarity and brand alignment.
• Contribute to projects enhancing member, employer, and product marketing experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years in communications, marketing operations, CRM, campaign support, or benefits communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills maintaining consistent brand voice across channels.
• Experience with CRM tools and operational campaign workflows (Braze preferred).
• Ability to manage stakeholders, track requests, and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail for content accuracy and operational alignment.
• Proactive mindset to identify improvements and build scalable processes.
