Salary: $63,375 - $105,625 annually

What you will do

• Support segmentation updates, data uploads, audience refreshes, and QA in Braze.
• Execute ongoing member-engagement campaigns including launch, monitoring, and optimization.
• Coordinate communications reviews with external partners like virtual-care and navigation programs.
• Organize inbound collateral requests from internal teams, manage tracking, version control, and approvals.
• Review and edit communications for brand guidelines, tone, and accuracy.
• Conduct audits of member and employer-facing communications and update as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years in communications, marketing operations, CRM/campaign support, or similar.
• Familiarity with CRM software like Braze and digital marketing workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reviewing and editing messaging.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Operations, and vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience with member- and employer-pharmacy communications.
• Proficiency in developing new collateral.
