Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Software consulting for CRM products from Oracle and other vendorsUser support of customer CRM systems
- Technical support and maintenance of customer CRM systems
- Implementation of new processes based on the customer requirements
- On-call duties during weekends and public holidays (max 20%)
- Preparation and execution of customer training
- Travelling abroad (max 10%)

Requirements to the candidate:
- Higher education in Information Technology (IT), Economics or equivalent
- Understanding of basic database concepts and SQL language
- Willingness to learn and develop IT and project management skills
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in various CRM software products
- Client oriented, solution based, stress resistant and ready to work under tight deadlines
- Reliable and fair team player
- Fluent verbal and written English is a must, Russian would be an advantage
