Senior Insight Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Insight Analyst (Data Analytics): Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights using SQL, R/Python, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques with an accent on predictive and prescriptive analyses. Focus on interpreting complex data, developing models for business decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior analysts.

Location: On-site in Valencia, Spain. Candidates must already be in the location or be willing to relocate. Remote or hybrid arrangements are NOT available. Relocation support provided (tickets, hotel for up to 2 weeks, visa support for employees and family).

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, interpreting complex data and presenting findings clearly.
• Utilize statistical methods and machine learning for predictive and prescriptive analyses, developing models to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, designers, and VIPs to understand needs and provide data-driven solutions, acting as liaison between analytics and other departments.
• Mentor junior data analysts, guide best practices, and conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy organization-wide.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent SQL and R or Python
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings
• Proactive, results-driven, hands-on approach to problem solving
• Excellent English communication skills
