What you will do

• Define target markets, brand positioning, and promotion channels while analyzing market trends and competition.
• Develop mid- and long-term brand growth strategies and detailed marketing plans with timelines and resources.
• Design product launch strategies, including media planning and campaign development.
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget to ensure ROI and optimize spending.
• Build, lead, and motivate a marketing team (marketers, content specialists, analysts, SMM manager) and manage external agencies.
• Analyze performance metrics (ROI, LTV) and customer journey data to identify funnel drop-offs and improve conversion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of managerial experience leading marketing teams.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role specifically within the iGaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in marketing strategy development.
• Russian and English proficiency at C1 level.
