What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, schedules, and variations to meet business and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure client needs are accurately reflected in contractual agreements.
• Provide expert commercial and contractual guidance to Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of NDAs and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Develop and maintain contract templates and provide internal training on contracting practices.
• Promote compliance with commercial processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a commercial or contract management role.
• Legal degree qualification or substantial professional experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience drafting and managing obligations related to software licensing, software development, and data provision.
• Solid knowledge of software delivery and managed IT services.
• Ability to understand, explain, and negotiate specific and complex commercial contract terms.
