Program & Project Lead (L&D)

TL;DR

Program & Project Lead (L&D): Driving the planning, management, and execution of the Axis Academy programs across the APAC region with an accent on partner and customer enablement. Focus on curriculum strategy, LMS operations, and scaling certification growth to strengthen partner capability and revenue.

Location: Based in the Singapore office (5-day workweek), with approximately 25% international travel expected.

What you will do

• Represent APAC in the Global Academy Council to shape future curriculum and certification strategy.
• Oversee regional Academy programs, learning paths, and LMS operations to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive Academy adoption and certification growth.
• Manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure and improve the partner enablement journey.
• Lead change-management initiatives to evolve Academy offerings for sales and partners.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Partner Enablement, or Education Program Management.
• Proven experience managing learning portfolios and LMS platforms within a B2B technology environment.
• Experience leading multi-market or regional programs, preferably across the APAC region.
• Strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, or specific LMS reporting tools.
• Background in IT, security, AV, networking, or cloud industries.
