TECHNICAL DESIGNER (INTERIORS & FIT-OUT)
This position is a great fit for recent graduates or final-year students looking to gain hands-on experience. We provide on-the-job training and are open to flexible working arrangements to support your studies.
About the role
We are looking for a junior Technical Designer who enjoys 3D modelling and wants to work at the intersection of design and construction. In this role, you will help translate interior concepts into practical, buildable solutions aligned with materials, budgets, and site conditions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop detailed drawings and technical solutions for custom elements (joinery, doors, wall finishes)
- Create accurate 3D models of interior solutions and construction details
- Collaborate closely with Procurement on material selection
- Adapt drawings from architects to meet project requirements, budgets, and technical constraints
- Work with site teams to ensure designs are feasible and properly executed
- Visit sites for measurements and coordination when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
- Good working knowledge of Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD, Rhino, or SketchUp (no need to master all — strong skills in several is enough)
- Strong technical mindset and understanding of how furniture and materials are constructed and assembled
- Fluent English, Russian would be a huge plus
- Willingness to visit sites and communicate directly with contractors and craftsmen
