What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize embedded software solutions for maritime controllers and devices using C/C++.
• Work with ARM-based embedded systems, microcontrollers, and RTOS such as VxWorks, Linux, and Keil RTX.
• Implement hardware interfaces including SPI, I2C, UART, and CANopen FD.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware and electronics teams to deliver integrated safety-critical solutions.
• Drive software quality and reliability through rigorous testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Explore and integrate new technologies to support sustainable maritime initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in embedded software development using C/C++.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) or bare-metal development.
• Proficiency with hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN) and debugging tools.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide rational judgments.
• Strong communication skills for clear and structured technical exchange.
