What you will do

• Connect with customers through presentations, emails, and product demonstrations across the development lifecycle.
• Educate stakeholders, from developers to C-level executives, on cloud security and Identity and Access Management.
• Identify true technical needs by asking clarifying questions and presenting targeted solutions.
• Advise a diverse set of customers on the capabilities of hirify.global’s Identity Platform.
• Travel to meet customers (typically 10-25% of the time).

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, support, or sales engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one standard network security protocol (e.g., OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP).
• Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including lifecycle management and RBAC.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts like least privilege and JIT access.
• Understanding of core application security (SSL/TLS, encryption, XSS, XSRF).
• Fluent Italian and English communication skills.
• Must be based in Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM, Single Sign-on (SSO), and API-based solutions.
• Fluency in additional European languages.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer.
