What you will do

• Develop and manage a scalable engagement model to unify Customer First teams and drive customer lifetime value.
• Design end-to-end lifecycle playbooks to accelerate customer onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Integrate value metrics and storytelling across customer touchpoints to highlight ROI and reinforce differentiation.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to align GTM messaging and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative insights from customers and the market to inform product roadmaps.
• Measure and optimize success through adoption growth, retention gains, and expansion pipeline impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or growth roles within B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity.
• Proven success driving post-sale engagement, adoption, and retention programs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value narratives.
• Analytical mindset skilled in using metrics to inform strategy and measure impact.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
