Tech Lead (Golang)

What you will do

• Guide the evolution of backend architecture and improve system stability and observability (logs, metrics, alerts).
• Separate platform-level components from country-specific logic to enable scaling across multiple countries.
• Lead the engineering team through the establishment of technical standards and comprehensive code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver features under business deadlines.
• Maintain a hands-on approach by working with Go services in production.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Strong experience with production systems in active development and architectural refactoring.
• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions under business deadlines.
• Strong ownership of code quality and system reliability.
• English: B1 or higher required.
• Must be based in or able to work within the GMT-0 to GMT+5 time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling products or launching them in new markets and regions.
• Experience with multi-tenant or platform architectures.
