What you will do

• Design top-tier financial products using analytical skills
• Develop performance metrics for products and workflows
• Derive actionable insights and generate ideas from data analysis
• Conduct research, investigations, and hypothesis testing
• Build monitoring systems, reports, and interactive dashboards
• Optimize customer journeys, conversion funnels, and incentive schemes

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher for international team collaboration
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
• Analytical mindset, systematic thinking, and data visualization skills
• Experience in hypothesis testing and SQL with relational databases
• Excellent communication skills
