What you will do

  • Manage payroll processing for 130–180 Cyprus employees, including taxes, social contributions, and declarations
  • Handle employee inquiries on payroll, deductions, and payments, explaining complex cases clearly
  • Collaborate with People Partners and Recruiters on non-standard cases like bonuses, relocations, and contract changes
  • Oversee external providers for tax declarations and payroll in 1–2 additional locations (e.g., Serbia/Georgia)
  • Ensure data accuracy, timelines, and quality standards across all processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years payroll experience, including 1–2 years in Cyprus
  • Practical experience with Cyprus taxes and social contributions
  • Experience with payroll systems
  • Ability to handle high volumes of employee queries efficiently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills for non-standard cases
  • B1+ English and Russian proficiency (spoken/written)

Nice to have

  • Payroll experience in large companies with reporting
  • 4+ years of payroll experience specifically in Cyprus
