What you will do

• Build high-quality frontend solutions and features based on product vision and user needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams in an agile, cross-functional environment.
• Contribute to architectural and system design decisions to improve platform functionality.
• Write maintainable, standardized code and promote an AI-first culture for coding.
• Own and lead technical initiatives from inception to delivery and maintenance autonomously.
• Coach and mentor fellow developers to support their professional development.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks (Vue.js preferred, Angular, or React).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and OOP design patterns.
• Experience with web architectures, APIs, and version control (Git).
• Solid English communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficiency in quality practices, including unit and E2E testing.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, CodeRabbit, MCPs, or Agents.
• Frontend performance optimization expertise (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting).
• Experience with TypeScript and modern bundling tools like Webpack.
• Knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP, Go, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog).
