What you will do

• Review and enhance AI-generated content focusing on sales strategy, customer engagement, and pipeline management.
• Assess the precision and practical viability of AI-driven sales scenarios and recommendations.
• Develop industry-specific sales cases, objection-handling scenarios, and negotiation exercises.
• Create diverse scenario variations representing perspectives of sales reps, managers, and clients.
• Identify flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model reasoning.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior sales leader or manager (e.g., VP Sales, Head of Sales, Enterprise Sales Manager) in B2B or B2C.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Proven expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong ability to provide direct and constructive feedback.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
