Chief of Staff (Family Office)

I am currently seeking a Chief of Staff for a Single Family Office in Vaud, Switzerland.

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Reside in Vaud or within a 30-45 minute drive
- Possess an excellent command of English, French, and Russian
- Demonstrate longevity with previous employers
- Have a strong understanding of the operations side of a family office, particularly in household management, including hiring, managing, and motivating staff
- Lead by example and be a reliable advisor to the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO)
- Hold a Swiss passport
