What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for flagship Solitaire games.
• Manage core KPIs across engagement, retention, and monetization to drive business results.
• Lead LiveOps planning and execution, including tournaments, promotions, and events.
• Develop and drive the game’s monetization strategy to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, Data, Economy, and QA teams to deliver high-impact improvements.
• Monitor market trends and player behavior to continuously evolve the game competitively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Game Ownership or Game Management within the mobile gaming industry.
• Proven track record of owning game performance and driving business results in a live environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive product and business decisions.
• Hands-on experience with monetization, LiveOps, and experimentation.
• Deep understanding of game KPIs and player behavior.
• Ability to lead cross-functional processes and translate strategy into execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in skill-based gaming environments.
• Background in casual, card, puzzle, or competitive mobile games.
• Familiarity with game economy balancing and player segmentation.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
