What you will do

• Develop and maintain critical ServiceNow applications and workflows specifically for the CyberSecurity organization.
• Write efficient, scalable code to continuously improve the performance and stability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various ServiceNow modules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members regarding development and portal usage.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and business analysts to translate security requirements into high-quality solutions.
• Implement automated scripts to test code against functional requirements and perform regular code reviews.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in both ServiceNow development and administration (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Required certification: ServiceNow ITIL Certification or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from Livingston or London (Osterley).
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives within a security context.
