What you will do

• Develop financial reports on budget allocations, spending patterns, and key metrics in collaboration with Data Analytics team.
• Analyze data from internal systems and external partners to identify cost trends, discrepancies, and savings opportunities.
• Manage crew logistics budget, validate invoices, and approve expenses while ensuring cost control.
• Conduct spot-checks, market comparisons, and recommend cost reduction strategies with internal and external providers.
• Participate in projects to improve financial reporting, cost processes, and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Update policies, procedures, and SOPs to minimize costs and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
