TL;DR

Intern - Global Health Execution: Contribute to the implementation and operational execution of hirify.global’s Global Health strategy across priority geographies with an accent on coordination of cross-functional activities for sustainable access to essential medicines in low-income countries. Focus on supporting country onboarding, partnerships, product launches, tenders, reporting, and data structuring for market access and demand forecasts.

Location: hirify.global HQ – Parma, Italy

Salary: 1000 EUR monthly reimbursement

What you will do

• Support Global Health Execution activities across multiple countries and stakeholders, including onboarding, partnerships, product launches, tenders, and expense follow-up
• Contribute to monthly reports and participate in Sales Review meetings with partners
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, summary tables, and briefing documents
• Collect and structure quantitative and qualitative data for market access, strategy development, demand forecasts, and operational analysis

Requirements

• Master’s degree in international development, Economics, Business, Global Health, or related disciplines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work across cultures, strong organizational skills, data analysis, progress tracking, and information synthesis
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset
