Intern - Global Health Execution (Global Health): Supporting the operational execution of global health initiatives, country onboarding, partnerships, product launches, tenders, and country readiness plans with an accent on cross-functional coordination, market data, and access strategy. Focus on structuring quantitative and qualitative data, preparing dashboards and reports, and tracking execution across multiple countries and stakeholders.
Location: HQ in Parma, Italy, with remote activities included

What you will do
- Support global health execution across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate country onboarding, partnership initiatives, product launches, tenders, and expense follow-up.
- Prepare monthly reports and participate in Sales Review meetings with partners.
- Create presentations, dashboards, summary tables, and briefing documents.
- Collect and structure quantitative and qualitative data for market analysis, access strategy, demand forecasts, and operational analysis.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in international development, economics, business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in a global health program.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, required.
- Ability to work across cultures, analyze data, track progress, and synthesize information for decision-making.
- Strong organizational, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
